General Report: Status Alerts and Safety Protocols

Sanctuary is moderately safe, and we'd like to thank our friends and defense force, the Rabbits, for their valued efforts and valor for their actions during The Culling.

But, dear Underlanders, your part is not complete. With renovations still underway and relocations at hand to keep citizens away from the harsh zones, we here at The Board have provided an easy to follow safety protocol list.

Follow the rules, and you'll be safe from whatever dangers lie ahead of you. Or at least moderately comfortable. We're still working out the bugs, but please bear with us.

The Do's and Don't s of Sanctuary/Underland:
1. Be Polite.
We may have killed all of the less than scrupulous dissidents during the Culling, but we'd like to remind you that there are swift punishments for anyone who breaks the Code of Conduct in Sanctuary.

2. Always pay for goods and services.
The Commerce Guild reminds you not to skimp out on any services or goods provided by Sanctuary, or consequences will be enacted.  We provide these services and items as a proper settlement, with both the well being of ourselves and the citizens at heart.

3. Do not antagonize the natives.

We here at Sanctuary's Executive Board remind you to respect the native flora, fauna and varied creatures around our settlement. While they're contractually obligated not to kill you, be wanted that they can and will main you without a second thought when threatened.

4. Listen to your Rabbits.
The Rabbits are your friends and protectors in Sanctuary. Please respect their status as both an active defense force and citizens within Sanctuary limits. They're here to keep you safe, not be personal servants. That said, once an emergency alert sounds, please listen to your most senior Rabbit for instructions.

5. Do not under any circumstances, enter Sector Zero without proper equipment or clearance.
As Sector Zero is mostly undocumented and known to be peak monster hunting grounds, only cartographers and their defense teams are allowed into the wilds of Sector Zero, which include the Badlands and In Between. Due to their status as neutral territory, any actions taken against Underland citizens are not considered violation of the treaty.

Status Legend and Meanings:
Green:
 Classification : Normal/Threat Absent
Green Alert is a general all clear, no immediate threats in the area. The usual status for Sanctuary/Underland after the Culling, all services and personnel are on active duty  until future notice by authorities.  Green Alerts are to be followed with calm and normal circumstances, as they pose no threat to the citizens of Sanctuary. Medical teams are not required to be on standby.

Orange:
 Classification: Approaching Threat
Orange Alerts indicate an elevated danger status, common for increased Eldritch activity/active replacement of the wards around Sanctuary.  Arrival of unknown elements may trigger Orange Level Alerts. Please do not leave designated areas or attempt to combat any threats without proper training, though Rabbits may be searching around the area to assess the situation. Medical teams are to be alert and ready for any possible injuries.

Red:
Classification: Imminent Threat
When a Red Alert is sounded, citizens have the option of remaining in their domiciles and weathering out whatever threat is soon to approach Sanctuary limits. However, if your area and its residents are under attack, prepare defenses and keep calm. Subsequent alerts are often seen following attacks by preemptive strikes by Fears, outside parties, or rogue agents. All Rabbits advised to come off standby and repel all boarders. Medical teams are on standby for injuries and possible casualties.

Omega:
 Classification: Catastrophic Threat
The highest threat level, Omega Alerts require mandatory instructions for the safety of citizens and defense forces.  Mobilization of defense forces must be followed with immediate evacuation of civilians and proper following of safety protocol. In the event of an Omega level event, please follow your senior Agent or available Rabbit into the shelter and lock the doors behind you.

If Sanctuary's limits are breached by an Eldritch level entity, all agents on standby are placed into active status. In the event of such an alert, the highest priority is is to defend Sanctuary and its citizens at all costs.  Medical teams are on standby for triage of fighters and civilians caught in the incident zone.
